At The Revox, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are made to order through a print-on-demand and dropshipping process, this policy explains when returns, refunds, or replacements are possible.

1. Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by The Revox are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, size charts, and order details carefully before purchasing.
2. Eligible Cases for Returns or Refunds
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order meets any of the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item or wrong size compared to what was ordered
3. Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (if applicable)

- We may offer a replacement item at no additional cost, or

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
- Orders with minor variations in color or placement that are part of the printing process
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Please allow several business days for the refund to appear
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Replacement items (if approved) are shipped at no additional cost to you.
8. International Orders
We ship internationally using trusted fulfillment partners, including Printify. Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
